Record Your Food & Symptoms
There are 4 months worth of pages to complete, with space to enter all your meals, snacks and drinks, as well as medication, symptoms, bowel actions and notes.
It’s important to note everything, incase you had symptoms due to being very stressed, rather than just looking at what you ate.
Quick Reference Symptom Scale
The Symptom Scale is on both sides of the page, one for how you felt in the morning and one for evening.
Once you have filled in a couple of weeks of entries, you can start to flick through the pages to find the days marked 7-10 on the scale, and begin to identify common triggers between those symptomatic days.
Reintroduction Section
This section will help you through the reintroduction stage of the Low FODMAP Diet.
It gives you a week to test each FODMAP and record what you had and how you felt. There are three days to test the food and four days to monitor symptoms and recover again before the next test.
